1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ZoneLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ZoneLink on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ZoneLink is a construction intelligence platform offering project management, AI-powered analytics, field operations tools, financial management, document management, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable advance notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must not share credentials, use the service for illegal purposes, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion except where required by applicable law. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
5. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to data you input into ZoneLink. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your project data, documents, clients, or business information.
6. AI and Autonomous Features
ZoneLink includes AI agents and autonomous features. These features provide recommendations and can take actions on your behalf based on configurations you set. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and configuring autonomy levels appropriately. ZoneLink is not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be suspended and data deleted after the 90-day retention window. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk to the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZoneLink is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
