This includes your name, email address, company details, payment information processed via Stripe, and any data you input into the platform such as project records, documents, photos, and team information. We also collect usage data including log files, device information, and interaction data to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve ZoneLink services, process payments, send transactional and product-related communications, ensure platform security, fulfill compliance obligations, and support AI-powered features including predictive analytics and agent automation. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We employ role-based access controls, audit logging, and blockchain-anchored document records. We maintain SOC 2 aligned security practices and conduct regular security audits. Sensitive documents are stored with end-to-end encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

ZoneLink integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), AWS Amplify (authentication and storage), QuickBooks, Xero, and other integrations you enable. Each integration is governed by the third party's privacy policy in addition to this policy. We only share your data with third parties to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@zonelink.io. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we retain data for 90 days to allow for recovery, after which it is deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer. You may request earlier deletion by contacting our support team.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
